7 Best-Selling Buck Knives at Knife Depot

It’s hard to find a brand more popular than Buck Knives. Since its origins way back in 1902, Buck has sold countless knives to millions of people around the world.

Everyone trusts a Buck—thanks to its reliable designs, quality workmanship, and great warranties. But which Bucks are the most popular?

In this post, we take a look at the seven best-selling Buck knives here at Knife Depot. As always, these could change in the future, but this takes into account aggregate data over the last decade.

7. Buck 325 Colleague

Buck 325 Colleague

When you hear people talk about the most popular Buck knives, you rarely hear the Buck Colleague mentioned. However, the knife has quietly traveled up the ranks of Buck best-sellers here at Knife Depot. This imported knife has a contemporary look that’s unlike the other, more classic knives on this list.

The Colleague has a sub-2-inch blade with a stainless steel handle. The whole thing is mirror polished. It’s simple yet effective.

6. Buck 112 Ranger

Buck 112 Ranger

The Buck 112 Ranger is a small version of the iconic Buck 110 Hunter (spoiler alert: the 110 appears higher on this list). One of the biggest complaints of the 110 is that it was a little too big for everyday carry. So Buck created the smaller 112 Ranger.

This features the same design but in a smaller package. It has a 3-inch blade with the same Dymondwood and brass bolster handle. Definitely a classic look.

5. Buck 375 Deuce

As the only non-locking knife on this list, the Buck 375 Deuce may be another surprise addition. Customers at Knife Depot most likely enjoy just how slender this two-bladed knife is. It has a clip point and coping blade with nail nicks for easy opening. The woodgrain handle is a nice added touch.

4. Buck 102 Woodsman

Buck 102 Woodsman

We’re entering our suite of fixed blade Bucks with the Buck 102 Woodsman. Thanks to its smaller 4-inch clip point blade, this classic hunting knife is meant mainly for fish and smaller game. The deep black phenolic handle is encased with polished bolsters. It comes with a leather sheath.

3. Buck 119BR Special

Buck 119BR Special

If you were to add up sales of all Buck Special models (including the original Buck 119 Special), this would be #2 on this list. However, we’re considering the Buck 119BR Special its own knife.

One look at this beauty and it’s not hard to see why it’s so popular. The cocobolo handle with shimmering brass guard and butt make this handsome knife something special (heh, get it?). Complementing the downright awesome handle is the 6-inch clip point blade made from 420HC stainless steel.

The Special remains one of the most iconic knives ever made and we like to think the 119BR is the best version of the knife.

2. Buck 105 Pathfinder

Buck 105 Pathfinder

The Buck 105 Pathfinder finds that sweet spot between the Woodsman and the Special, making it a sort of goldilocks knife. With a blade length of 5 inches, the Pathfinder falls right in the middle of the two previous knives. For that reason, it’s the most popular fixed blade from Buck here at Knife Depot.

It’s a perfect hunting knife and all-around knife for anyone. The blade is made from 420HC stainless steel with a modified clip point. This iteration has a black phenolic handle with finger ridges. The polished butt and guard keep the hand firmly on the handle.

This made-in-the-USA knife is a true classic.

1. Buck 110 Hunter

Buck 110 Hunter

If you know absolutely anything about Buck, you’re not surprised the Buck 110 Hunter is the best-selling Buck here at Knife Depot. Why? The 110 is one of the best-selling knives of all time.

This knife, with its classic look and timeless designed, made our list of most iconic knives ever. We even said this would be the number one most iconic if we put them in order. For some reason, the design just hit the target dead on. People of all types love this design. It was so beloved and popular that the knife was mimicked by countless companies. A buck knife is basically a generic term now for any knife in this style.

It’s crazy to think there are still people out there without this knife in their collection. But, if you don’t have it, it’s well worth picking up.

Yes a buck 110 is the like of a Ford Mustang, a Porsche 911, a Lamborghini Espada.

Like a Wrangler blue jeans, like a Ray Ban sunglasses or a Rolex Daytona.

    Timeless pieces of craftmanship.

  2. Of all my Buck knives the 110 is my favorite EDC.
