I have to certify I’m employed by a federal, state, or local municipality to qualify for “restricted” items, but that appears to do it for shipping. Sometimes I have things sent to the station to avoid difficulties.

We also do not have many firearms restrictions. Criminals in Arkansas are usually pretty careful to prey on neighborhoods where mostly liberals live and work, because of course most liberals don’t believe in self-defense, i.e. taking responsibility for their own safety.

That’s a good point. It is legal to own and carry an auto while hunting or fishing.

There is a exemption that automatic knives can be legally carried while hunting or fishing. This is under the NYS Environmental Conservation Law.
