Even in a posting trying to defend a person’s liberty to carry knives, the good the gun did isn’t mentioned. Before he got into the vehicle, the man shot out a window with the gun he was carrying. A pocket knife wouldn’t have knocked out the window. A gun wouldn’t have cut the seat belt. And in America, the government wants to make sure you never have either.
